  • 2 cups cubed and seeded Watermelon Select a ripe, sweet watermelon.
  • 5 scoops Ice cream, vanilla Reserve 2 scoops for topping.
  • 1 cup milk, chilled Use your preferred milk type.
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar Adjust based on sweetness of watermelon.

Preparation

  • In a blender, add 3 scoops of ice cream, milk, sugar, and cubed watermelon.
  • Blend for 1 – 2 minutes until creamy.
  • Chill the mixture if you prefer a colder drink.
  • Pour into glasses and top with remaining scoops of ice cream.

Notes

For a thicker milkshake, freeze watermelon cubes beforehand. For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or use coconut-flavored ice cream. Store in an airtight container, but consume within 24 hours for best texture.
