Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped vegetables and nutritional yeast if using.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are firm and slightly golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.

Notes
