  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Melted for the bark base.
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips Melted and mixed with pink candy melts.
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts Melted and mixed with white chocolate.

Toppings

  • Valentine's sprinkles For decoration.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe container, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring after each set until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and pink candy melts the same way as above. Once melted, mix the two together.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour the mixed melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly with the spatula.
  • Using a butter knife, gently swirl the chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
  • Top with Valentine's Day sprinkles.
  • Place the chocolate in the fridge to chill for about 45 minutes.

Serving

  • Once the chocolate bark has set, break it into chunks as large or small as you like, then enjoy!

Notes

Store your bark in an airtight container at room temperature. For warm weather, refrigerate to prevent melting. It can stay fresh for about two weeks, although it is likely to be eaten much sooner. Consider adding nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
