Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup light brown sugar (200g)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (60ml)
  • ¾ cup smooth peanut butter (185g) Natural or creamy varieties can be used.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (130g)
  • ¼ cup milk, brought to room temperature (60ml)

Optional Additions

  • 3 oz mini peanut butter cups, roughly chopped (90g) Optional
  • 3 oz white chocolate, chopped into small chunks (90g) Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the light brown sugar, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the all-purpose flour and gently mix until no dry streaks remain.
  • Pour in the room-temperature milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
  • If using, fold in the mini peanut butter cups and white chocolate.

Baking

  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center still has a slight jiggle.
  • Let the blondies cool fully in the pan before slicing into 16 pieces.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent dessert. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
