Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Mixture

  • 1 can canned tuna, drained Opt for tuna packed in oil for more flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Can use flavored mayonnaise for added taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your liking.

For Assembly

  • 2 whole whole wheat wraps Substitute with other wraps if desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • to taste Lettuce and tomato Optional for added crunch.

Preparation

  • Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Add diced celery and red onion to the mixture, then season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Lay a whole wheat wrap flat on a surface and spoon the tuna mixture onto the center.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the tuna mixture.
  • Optionally, add fresh lettuce and tomato slices.

Finishing Touches

  • Roll the wrap tightly, ensuring all ingredients are tucked inside.
  • Grill the wrap in a pan for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts and is gooey.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
