  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella balls.
  • Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil if desired before serving.
