Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed.

  • 1 tablespoon Sambal Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Topping

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts Chopped, for added crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice cucumbers and red onions thinly.
  • In a bowl, combine cucumbers, red onions, and peanuts.

Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, sesame oil, Sambal, salt, and sugar to make the dressing.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Notes
