  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots Use store-bought for convenience
  • 6 slices Bacon Can replace with turkey bacon or tempeh
  • 4 large Eggs Can substitute with egg whites
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Try mozzarella or pepper jack
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chives can be used as an alternative
  • 1 bottle Hot Sauce Optional, for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bake the Tater Tots according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
  • Cook the Bacon in a skillet until crispy; set it aside on paper towels to drain.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the Eggs until fluffy; remove from heat once done.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, layer the crispy tater tots and scrambled eggs.
  • Add the crumbled Bacon on top followed by a generous amount of Cheddar Cheese.
  • Finish with finely chopped Green Onions for garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, store components separately if planning to make this dish ahead of time. Use large, shallow bowls for serving and consider a breakfast bar for guests to customize their bowls.
