Cooking

  • Cook over medium-low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture is aromatic.

Blending

  • Blend the mixture to your desired consistency, adding more water or vinegar as necessary.
  • Transfer the blended mustard into an airtight jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before use.
