Ingredients
  

For the main dish

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Use fresh or thawed frozen shrimp
  • 1 lb steak (such as ribeye or filet mignon) Marinate for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking and brushing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning the shrimp
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for preferred doneness.
  • Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

Serving

  • Serve the steak and shrimp together on a platter with lemon wedges and parsley for garnish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking.
