Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Cups

  • 350 g ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookie dough Use high-quality dough for best flavor.
  • 6 pieces chocolates or biscuits Use your choice of filling.
  • 1 pack cupcake cases For a 6-hole muffin tin or use cooking oil spray for a silicone muffin mould.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
  • Line a 6-hole muffin tin with cupcake cases, or lightly spray a silicone muffin mould with cooking oil.

Assembly

  • Divide the cookie dough into 12 small pieces.
  • Press 1 piece into the bottom of each cupcake case, repeat until all 6 are filled.
  • Place 1 chocolate or biscuit in each case.
  • Top with another piece of cookie dough, gently pressing to seal the edges.

Baking

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with caramel/chocolate. Can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated.
