Ingredients
For the Cake Layer
- 1 layer baked vanilla cake layer, crumbled You can use a store-bought cake or bake your own.

For the Cream Layers
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups strawberry puree You can make this by blending fresh strawberries.
- pink food coloring Optional, for a fun touch.
For Toppings
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- pink sanding sugar Optional, for decoration.
- heart-shaped decorations Optional, for a bit of flair.
Instructions
Preparation
- Begin by beating the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Divide the mixture in half and add the strawberry puree to one half.
- Crumble the baked vanilla cake and prepare for layering.
Assembly
- In your dessert cups, layer the crumbled cake, followed by strawberry cream, sliced strawberries, and then the vanilla cream.
- Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with a layer of vanilla cream on top.
- For decoration, pipe a swirl of strawberry cream on the top layer.
- Add pink sanding sugar or heart-shaped decorations on top if desired.
- Chill the dessert cups in the fridge before serving.
