Ingredients
  

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup sticky sauce (such as honey barbecue or sweet chili sauce) Feel free to experiment with different sauces.
  • Salt Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying Ensure the oil is hot enough for crispiness.

For the Cheesy Fries

  • 4 cups frozen fries Baked according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Add cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Fry the wings in hot oil until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss the wings with the sticky sauce until well coated.
  • Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  • In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle cheese over the fries and return to the oven until melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve the sticky wings alongside cheesy fries, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the wings and fries cool completely. Place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken wings in the sticky sauce for at least 30 minutes before frying.
