Ingredients
  

For the Cake Pops

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix You can use any flavor of cake mix.
  • 1 cup frosting Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 8 oz melted candy coating Can use chocolate, white chocolate, or colored melts.
  • Cake pop sticks Use standard cake pop sticks.
  • Sprinkles (optional) For decoration.

Preparation

  • Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake.
  • Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  • Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until fully combined.

Shaping

  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Chill the cake balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Coating and Decorating

  • Dip the end of each cake pop stick into the melted candy coating and insert it into the cake ball.
  • Dip each cake pop into the melted candy coating, letting excess drip off.
  • Add sprinkles if desired and let them set on parchment paper.

Notes

To maintain freshness, store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate in warm climates. Freeze for longer storage. Be creative with decorations and flavors!
