  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble just before use for optimum freshness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling on the flatbread.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Sautéing garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved, optional.
  • 1/4 cup Olives Sliced, optional.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Sliced, optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and evenly spread the minced garlic on top.
  • Layer fresh spinach on the flatbread, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add any optional toppings if desired.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Customize with various herbs or additional toppings to explore different flavor profiles.
