Spicy Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  

Sauce Base

  • 1 cup Creamy Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp French Dressing
  • 4 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 4 tsp Tomato Ketchup

Spices and Seasonings

  • 2 tsp Red Tabasco Hot Sauce
  • 4 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tsp Reaper Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 tsp Fresh Black Pepper

Liquids

  • ½ cup Dill Pickle Juice Adjust based on desired tanginess
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 4 tbsp Wing Master’s Habanero Mango Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix black pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add mayonnaise to the spice mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Gradually add in Habanero Mango Sauce, Tabasco Hot Sauce, and Hot Sauce. Continue stirring until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add in ketchup and mix well.
  • Next, add French Dressing and mix until smooth.
  • Then add Yellow Mustard and mix until well combined.
  • Add in dill pickle juice, depending on desired tanginess level, and mix well.
  • Finally, squeeze in the juice from lime and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Storage

  • Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

For best flavor, let the sauce chill for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld.
