  • 1 tbsp spicy chili garlic sauce Adjust amount for desired spiciness.
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper Optional for extra heat.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey Optional for a hint of sweetness.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste Adjust seasoning as desired.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, watching for bubbles.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  • Stir in the spicy chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Reduce heat to low and mix in the lemon juice and honey, allowing the sauce to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

This sauce can be used for grilling, drizzling over pasta, or as a dipping sauce. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
