For the Sauce

  • 1 tsp pepper To taste.

For Serving

  • 1 lb spaghetti Prepare according to package instructions.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Meatballs

  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into large meatballs.

Cook the Meatballs

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Remove the meatballs and set aside.

Make the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • Add canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer until cooked through.

Cook the Spaghetti

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

Serve

  • Plate the spaghetti and top it with marinara sauce and meatballs.
  • Serve alongside garlic bread and Caesar salad.

Notes
