  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooking

  • Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until it’s nicely browned.
  • Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold it in half, and grill both sides until it’s crispy and the cheese is melty.

Serving

  • Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.

Notes

Make sure your skillet is hot enough before adding the quesadillas to get them crispy. Don’t overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if needed. Experiment with different cheeses or add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
