Preparation

  • If using potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes. Boil until fork-tender. If using riced cauliflower, sauté in a non-stick skillet with a splash of oil until tender.

Cooking Protein

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add your chosen ground meat. Season it with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and crispy, breaking it up as it cooks (about 7-10 minutes).
  • In another skillet, add diced onions with a bit of oil and sauté until caramelized and golden brown.

Final Assembly

  • Once the meat is cooked, sprinkle shredded cheese on top to melt for a few minutes before serving.
  • Assemble your bowl by layering the base, cooked protein, caramelized onions, pickles, and fresh lettuce. Drizzle with mayo, ketchup, and mustard before serving.
