Ingredients
  

For the Milkshake

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice cream
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut, toasted Reserve some for garnish
  • 5 - 6 pieces Samoa cookies Crushed

For the Toppings

  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toast the coconut over low heat until golden and fragrant.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in chocolate sauce and then roll it in the toasted coconut. Place the glass in the freezer to set.

Blending

  • In a blender, combine ¼ cup of toasted coconut, milk, vanilla ice cream, and crushed Samoa cookies. Blend until smooth.

Assembly

  • Take the glass from the freezer and add caramel and chocolate sauce inside, coating the sides.
  • Fill it up with the milkshake mixture.
  • Top with additional chocolate and caramel sauce, and sprinkle with more toasted coconut for garnish.

Notes

Serve in tall clear glasses to showcase layers. Consider garnishing with whipped cream and sprinkles for added sweetness.
