  • 6 Cup(s) Rice Chex Fresh cereal for best taste and texture.
  • 16 ounces Wiltons Green Icing Melted for coating.
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Powdered sugar For coating.
  • 3/4 Cup(s) Sugar Cookie Mix For coating.
  • 1 package Gold Sprinkles (or any color) For decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Measure the cereal and add it to a bowl.
  • Add powdered sugar and cookie mix to a bag and set aside.
  • Add green frosting to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20-second intervals until melted.
  • Once melted, pour it over the cereal in the bowl and fold in carefully. Add in sprinkles.
  • Once coated, add the cereal to the bag and shake to cover with sugar and cookie mix.
  • Pour out of the bag onto a baking pan and let dry. Add more sprinkles.

Notes

Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Can be customized with different colors of icing and sprinkles for other occasions.
