Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 ball pizza dough (about 12-inch)

Roasted Garlic Mixture

  • 1 head garlic Wrap in foil and roast.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese

Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh basil leaves for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 20 minutes or until soft.

Dough Preparation

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Sauce Preparation

  • Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a bowl and mash. Mix with ricotta cheese, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a white sauce.

Assembly

  • Spread the roasted garlic white sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and dried oregano.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

For variations, you can adjust seasonings to taste or incorporate additional vegetables.
