  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt can substitute with dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk) can use any milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional) optional for extra protein
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) for added sweetness
  • Ice cubes (optional) for a chilled drink

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and protein powder, if using.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If desired, add honey for sweetness and ice cubes for a colder shake, and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For optimal freshness, consume immediately after preparation. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but expect some separation.
