  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Grate and sprinkle evenly.
  • 1 large ball burrata cheese (about 8 ounces) Slice in half before adding.

Toppings

  • 4-5 ounces prosciutto (thinly sliced) Tear into pieces before scattering.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey Plus more to taste; drizzle for a glossy finish.
  • freshly cracked black pepper To finish.
  • red pepper flakes Optional, for extra heat.
  • fresh arugula For topping.
  • fresh thyme or basil To enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Lightly oil your pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape on the prepared surface.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the dough.

Baking

  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

Assembly

  • Remove the pizza from the oven and add the burrata cheese and prosciutto on top.
  • Drizzle with honey and finish with freshly cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh arugula and herbs before slicing.

Notes

For a more flavorful experience, use high-quality prosciutto and adjust seasonings to taste. Drizzle honey right before serving for the best consistency.
