Dough and Toppings

  • 1 batch Pizza dough Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Cheese (mozzarella preferred) Feel free to combine with cheddar for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Favorite toppings (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza sauce For moistening the filling.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small rectangles.
  • Place a small amount of cheese, pepperoni, and any additional toppings onto each rectangle.
  • Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top.
  • Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
