  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  • Top with shredded provolone cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of crusty bread or green salad. Garnish with fresh parsley or cracked black pepper for added flavor.
