Toppings

  • ¼ cup pesto can use store-bought or homemade
  • 2 pieces Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place the flatbreads on top.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assembly

  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread. Add small dollops of pesto across the top, followed by slices of Roma tomatoes.

Baking

  • Bake the flatbreads for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crisp and golden brown.

Finishing

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with torn fresh basil. Serve warm and enjoy!
