Peanut Butter S'mores Dip

  • 180 g mini peanut butter cups (e.g., Reese’s)
  • 100 g mini marshmallows about 2 cups
  • Digestive biscuits or graham crackers, for dipping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan)/400°F/Gas mark 6.
  • Put the peanut butter cups into an 18cm (7in) cast-iron skillet and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the marshmallows are melted, puffy, and golden.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
  • For a crispier top, broil for 3–5 minutes until crisp and golden, then cool for 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the dip with digestive biscuits or graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. You can add decorative skewers for easier dipping. Consider serving with fresh fruit slices or pretzels for added flavor.
