  • 1 cup light or heavy cream Use heavy cream for a richer sauce.

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Use a meat mallet to pound large breasts to an even thickness.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Coat each chicken breast in the mixture.

Cooking

  • Cook the coated chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In another pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add cream and Italian seasoning. Stir until thickened.
