  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Adds savory depth.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and cover a baking tray with foil.
  • Cut the potatoes into 6 to 8 wedges each and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil and toss until all wedges are lightly coated.

Seasoning

  • Mix in the Parmesan, dried sage, garlic powder, a small pinch of salt, and black pepper, ensuring seasoning is evenly distributed over the wedges.

Baking

  • Spread the seasoned wedges out on the prepared tray in a single layer.
  • Roast for around 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crisp and golden. Serve immediately.
