  • 1 cup 3 cups of cubed fresh Papaya (peeled) Select ripe and fragrant papaya for maximum sweetness.
  • 12 oz evaporated milk, canned Can substitute with fresh milk, but texture will differ.
  • 4 tbsp sugar Adjust according to the sweetness of the papaya.
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground Optional for garnishing.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • ½ cup Ice For a chilled milkshake.

Preparation

  • Peel and cube the papaya.
  • Gather all ingredients (papaya, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract).

Blending

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

Notes
