Honey Dijon Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil Base of the dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons honey For sweetness.

  • salt and pepper to taste Season to preference.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grilled chicken, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Serving

  • Drizzle the Honey Dijon Dressing over the salad.

Notes
