Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative Use your preferred type of milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt Optional for added creaminess
  • 3-4 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 serving Whipped cream For serving
  • Extra pieces Oreos, crushed For topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mason jar or bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, crushed Oreos, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Make sure the oats are fully submerged in the milk.
  • Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.

Serving

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos before enjoying.

Notes

To store your Oreo overnight oats, keep them in the same mason jar or bowl in the fridge for up to three days. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup according to your taste. For a thicker consistency, use less milk or more oats. Feel free to experiment with flavors by adding coffee or caramel syrup.
