Ingredients
  

For the Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

For the Salmon

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over them.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve over rice or with fresh veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out the salmon.
