  • ½ cup ½ cup of Milk Use any type of milk as per preference.
  • 1 ½ cups 1 ½ cups of Ice cubes Adjust amount for desired consistency.
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp. Maple syrup Can be adjusted to taste for sweetness.
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp. Vanilla extract Adds flavor; can be omitted if desired.
  • Orange extract (if you want an intense flavor) Optional, adds more orange flavor.

Preparation

  • Place the peeled orange in a blender.
  • Blend the orange until smooth.
  • Add the milk, ice cubes, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • Blend again until frothy and fully combined.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For serving, use chilled glasses and consider garnishing with a slice of orange, whipped cream, or extra maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, stir or re-blend before serving.
