  • 2 cups Milk Can substitute with plant-based milk for dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Cooking Steps

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the pasta and pour in enough water or broth to cover it.
  • Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the milk and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the pasta cool and transfer to an airtight container. It will stay fresh for 2-3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or water to restore creaminess. Stir occasionally while cooking to prevent sticking.
