  • Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat. Use a pan with a lid.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until translucent and fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  • Stir in the rice, allowing it to absorb the flavors.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cover the pan with a lid.
  • Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.

Notes

For variations, you can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp, and experiment with different spices or vegetables.
