  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup Use a high-quality brand for better flavor.
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup Can be substituted with gluten-free options if needed.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Low-sodium recommend for less salt.
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix Can substitute with diced fresh onions if desired.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, mix all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the rice is evenly distributed.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil to lock in moisture.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the rice has absorbed all the flavors.
  • Once done, serve hot straight from the oven.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven, adding a sprinkle of water if needed.
