Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2½ cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Melt the semisweet chocolate chips until smooth, then spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set.
  • Cut into 24 bars and serve.
