  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt) Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and evenly spread the creamy mixture over the top of each piece.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot alongside rice, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad.
