Ingredients
  

Chicken and Cream Mixture

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Use high-quality chicken breasts for best results.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt Choose based on dietary preference.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a rich flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • to taste Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

Cooking

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

Storing leftover chicken: Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for longer storage. Reheat gently to maintain moisture.
