  • 1 lb chicken tenders, trimmed and ready to cook

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  • Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
  • Add the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and golden.

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, coat the marinated tenders in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese before cooking. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the cooking pan for a holistic meal.
