  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 pieces low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper, cooking until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese.
  • Lay the low carb tortillas flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Wrap them up tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  • Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
