  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Adjust more for extra spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon capers, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust for stronger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adjust for stronger flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  • Mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in capers, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

For best flavor, let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be made a day ahead for deeper flavors.
