  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat.

Cooking

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Pour the garlic butter over the lobster tails and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
