  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh lobster tails, checked for quality
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor

  • as needed Lemon wedges for serving Fresh lemons to squeeze over lobster

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat, but do not cut all the way through.

Cooking

  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  • Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and brush them with the garlic butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
