  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the lobster tails on a cutting board and cut the shell lengthwise with kitchen scissors, exposing the meat but keeping it attached at the base.
  • Brush the exposed lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.

Cooking

  • Grill or broil the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Cook the lobster tails alongside for about 6-8 minutes, brushing with more garlic butter intermittently.
  • Remove both the steak and lobster from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the steak and lobster tail on a plate, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the lobster to maintain its tenderness. Consider adding side dishes like roasted vegetables or a salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
