Ingredients
  

For the lobster

  • 4 pieces lobster tails Choose firm and fresh tails.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the garlic herb butter

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted Use high-quality butter for best flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
  • Using a sharp knife, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting down the center of the shell. Gently loosen the meat from the shell and pull it upward, keeping it attached at the base.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and chopped parsley until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Cooking

  • Evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat becomes opaque and lightly browned.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges, grilled vegetables, or a delicate salad. For storage, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
