Preparation

  • Cut lobster shells lengthwise using kitchen shears.
  • Gently lift the lobster meat above the shells.
  • Place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if desired.

Cooking

  • Bake the lobster tails until the meat turns opaque, about 12-15 minutes.
